I just had to share because this bread recipe, because although it’s an INDULGENCE, it’s hands down the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had. I doubt you would even notice that it’s gluten free!

FYI: #notpaleo so #nopaleopoliceplease. We work from a “FRAMEWORK” of Paleo in our household (hence the title of his blog “Uberpaleotreats”. We are not dogmatic, we wander outside the lines in such a way that we maintain healthy minds, bodies, and spirits. My husband, his dad, is allergic to eggs, nuts, coconut, and seeds (among other things), which are often substitutes or requirements in Paleo baked goods so those are a no go.
